FILE / SUFFIX

 Displays break bulk file numbers.
Press F4 on the file number field to expand to the Break Bulk Log Edit screen.
Press F4 on the file suffix field to expand to the House Bill Edit screen.

This is a locator field.
Place the cursor in this field, type your search criteria, then press F5 to locate a record.

MBL

 Displays master bill of lading numbers.
Press F4 in this field to expand to the Break Bulk Log Edit screen
This is a locator field.
Place the cursor in this field, type your search criteria, then press F5 to locate a record.

HBL

 Displays house bill of lading numbers.
Press F4 in this field to expand to the House Bill Edit screen.
This is a locator field.
Place the cursor in this field, type your search criteria, then press F5 to locate a record.

HBL ARRIVED / MBL ARRIVED

 This column displays house bill arrival dates and alternately, master bill arrival dates.
Toggle the display with F8.

SHIPPER / AGENT

 This column displays shipper code for the house bill, and alternately,the agent code for the master bill file.
Toggle the display with F9.

CONSIGNEE / BROKER

 This column displays consignee code for and alternately, the broker(notify) code for the house bill.
Toggle the display with F9.

NAVIGATION

 Press a function key
F1 - Stop   Return to calling screen
F2 - Scroll back a screen
F3 - Scroll forward a screen
F4 - Expand to Break Bulk Log Edit or House Bill Edit screen, depending on cursor location.
F5 - Locate a file
F8 - Toggle HBL/MBL arrival dates
F9 - Toggle Consignee/Shipper and Broker/Agent
