IMPORT PROFIT REPORT 

The report is sorted by customer-file or account executive-file.

The account executive is the one who first started the worksheet.
If there is no worksheet the account executive is the one who started
the invoice.  In this case a "*" is printed after the file number.

A program (CBURIQ) can be used to edit the worksheet creator.
